Before You Book
Cancellation policy
A deposit is required to secure all appointments. If you need to cancel or rearrange, please give us at least 48 hours notice. Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment will be charged in full.
Important information
- We have a zero tolerance policy for no shows.
- New clients must have a skin test at least 48 hours before any colour service.
- If the service you have booked isn't what you need on the day, you'll be charged for the service carried out.
